It's been a long time.....

It's been a long time since I've posted. I've been SUPER busy with school and work!! I spotted this super cute vintage YSL jacket(circa 1970/early 80's) over at Refinery29's website. They call her "Yvie" and she went on a little roadtrip with them. You can view some of the pics over at their website. I soooo wish I owned her!!!

Sasha and Freja Take New York

I was beginning to feel a bit uninspired today until I ran across this Mario Sorrenti editorial shot in N.Y. city for V magazine, featuring Sasha Pivovarvo and Freja Beha Erichson. Sorrenti photographed the girls from below so that their Margiela cloud- dresses, Alexander McQueen head pieces,and their YSL leather overalls appeared just as lofty as the sky scrappers that emerged as their background.

Texas girl with style

While browsing my usual blogs today I came accross this Texas fashionista's Blog Jane of Seaofshoes.com. She has the most impeccable style I have seen from someone who lives in the lonestar state. Now any fashionsita who lives here in Texas knows that it's not a place where fashion just ooozes out the seams. You really have to think outside the box and find inspiration!!!! I can't wait to get out of here... haha. But anyways Jane will be debuting her shoe line that she designed under Urban Outfitters in July. She's only 17!!!! Oh what an inspiration.

Her Chanel shoes are enviable and so are the YSL cage heels. I would LOVE to raid her closet. She is definitely someone to look out for.
